Healthy Body & Healthy Mind With James Wheeler!
from AuDHD... Or just a bit weird..? · host Jon Hill
James Wheeler is the founder of Fitness and Mind, a coaching brand built specifically for neurodivergent people who've been let down by one-size-fits-all fitness advice. Drawing on nearly 20 years in inclusive fitness delivery, James created the Bad Days First™ framework and Minimum Viable Action method — approaches designed around the reality of fluctuating energy, motivation, and capacity, rather than fighting against it. He also works in public health delivery across Essex, and sits on the governance boards of a local primary school and a young carers' charity. This is a pretty hard hitting interview at times so please listen with caution. James was totally open and honest in our chat and there are mentions of an attempt James made on his own life. Having said that, this episode is not without it's light hearted moments and I had a brilliant time chatting with James.
