MASTERS OF CHANGE 25 * 7th NOVEMBER 2023 A very special chat with Sprint Paramedic Corinna Koch, she lead the team that saved my life from a major cardiac arrest. This is about the real battle with death, after having my heart stop and being brought back to life, to then face the battle to get to hospital to have life saving surgery. In the back of the ambulance, clinging to life, I knew I was in trouble , and perhaps at best was a 50/50 chance of surviving this major attack that literally came from no where. I was counting the seconds and savouring every laboured shallow breath, two strong thoughts kept me in this game of life. Firstly, I had NO REGRETS, secondly , I want to keep living this way for another 20 or 30 years.
