A licensed Social Worker in the state of Ohio, she previously co-founded sobering Centers, inc. Of Lorain, Ohio. Previously Kim also developed and facilitated a women’s gender specific intensive outpatient/aftercare program as an addiction counselor (LCDCIII) with compass house for women (formerly in Lorain Ohio). Kim is 18 years in recovery from alcoholism, a recovery coach, and is a supervisor to certified peer recovery supporters. Let's Get Real’s beginnings are truly grassroots. Co-founders Kim Eberle and Carla Park began by hosting two heroin crisis awareness forums in Vermilion in 2013. Using their personal and professional expertise, they then founded Let’s Get Real, Inc. (LGR).
