In the role of Provider Relations Manager, he serves as a primary resource connecting Hospice of the Western Reserve to medical, clinical and business professionals, health care facilities, patients, their caregivers and the community. A graduate of The Ohio State University, Nathan is a participant in the Ohio Hospice Veterans Partnership, an Executive Committee Member of Cleveland’s Minority Health Alliance and a member of the Diversity Center of Northeast Ohio’s Lead DIVERSITY Class of 2012. Nathan has supported the unique needs of underserved populations throughout his health care career, with a special dedication to those who have served our nation.
