Before we allow loneliness or fear to shape our thinking, let’s allow the truth of Scripture to steady our hearts.  Hebrews 13:5 (NIV) “Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you.” Few promises bring greater comfort than these words. God’s presence is not measured by our emotions or our circumstances. He remains faithful when life feels uncertain, near when we feel isolated and constant when everything around us seems to change. We are never forgotten because we belong to the God who keeps every promise He has ever made. Father, thank You that Your presence never leaves us. Thank You that wherever this prayer finds us—in our homes, our workplaces, hospitals, journeys or quiet moments—You are already there, welcoming us with unfailing love. Lord Jesus, draw near to every listener today. Bring healing to those who are suffering, comfort to those who feel lonely, courage to those facing uncertainty and renewed hope to every heart that has become weary. Help us to trust Your promises even when we cannot yet see the road ahead. Holy Spirit, strengthen our faith, remind us of Your constant presence and help us become people who reflect the love, peace and compassion of Christ to everyone we meet. Across the world, from Melbourne to Wellington, from Singapore to Chicago and São Paulo, may every listener find fresh courage today, knowing that the God who has called them will never leave them and will never forsake them.
