Hebrews reminds us of God’s promise: “Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you.” Jesus, that promise reaches into this night. You are not distant because the room is quiet. You are not absent because nobody else knows what you are carrying. We pray for people in United States, United Kingdom, New Zealand, Singapore, Japan, and South Africa. Be close to those lying awake with worry, those facing an uncertain tomorrow, and those who feel forgotten by the people around them. Holy Spirit, bring a deep awareness of God’s presence into every home and every heart. Jesus, we give You the thoughts we cannot settle. We give You the fears we cannot solve tonight. We give You the questions that can wait until morning. We do not need to carry tomorrow into our sleep. You will still be God when we wake. If loneliness has been speaking loudly, remind us that we belong to You. If anxiety has been filling the silence, let Your presence become greater than the noise. If our hearts are tired, teach us simply to receive Your care. So tonight, Jesus, we release this day. We place ourselves, our families and our futures into Your hands. Stay close to us as we sleep, and let Your presence become the final thought we carry into the night. You are here. We are not forgotten. We can rest. Amen.
