Help

from spiritual principles made practical's podcast · host Scott Friedman

All the help we need is avaialble to us.     Part of our job is to accept and allow ourselves to benefit from that help.   Some of the inhibiting factors in allowing this to happen are; arrogance - I don't need help from others incorrect assumptions - If I don't do it myself, without help, I won't have the sense of accomplishment and self esteem I seek. I don't deserve help Nothing can help me-there is no solution I don't where or how to find the help I need The way forward is to become aware of the thoughts that are responsible for us not receiving and benefiting from the help that exists for us.  Accept the existence of those thoughts.  Listen for the positive thoughts to arise as the acceptance of the negative thoughts saps their power.  Then choose to act on the positive thoughts. I offer coaching to help identify the thoughts and create the freedom to choose which thoughts to act on.  I offer a half hour free coaching session to find out if this is for you.  You can contacgt me at [email protected] to set it up.   My books are available on Amazon.  Links to the books appear on my website, www.thoughtcoachingbyscott.com
