Help Parenting?

Today Ricardo Sardiña, LMHC, sits with Gabi and they discuss the ins and outs of parenting.  Ricardo, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, has experience working with adolescents and is also experienced in counseling parents.  Ricardo worked with the difficult juvenile detention and foster care system. Ricardo discusses his experiences not only counseling parents and adolescents but also how he raises his own kids. This is a great episode for all parents raising kids, regardless of age.
