Here's Glass in Your Eye

from Botched: A D&D Podcast · host Botched: A D&D Podcast

Welcome to Botched: A D&D Podcast!  Season 8, where 5th Edition D&D meets SCP! The first encounter with The Church of the Broken God was a relative success. Only a couple casualties and nothing that can be linked back to the Foundation. Part one of the plan, so far, is a success. Now that they’ve gotten whatever this anomalous item is back to Site 69, now it’s time to figure out what it is and how it works. Of course, there is a tried and true method to their testing, so rest assured nothing can possibly go wrong. Oh, and apparently two thirds of the lead researchers are getting drunk at Chili’s again, so they’ve been replaced with interns. Again, what could possibly go wrong? What exactly is inside this crate? Why did the Church of the Broken God have it? What does it do? How dangerous is it? Why does Site 69 have so many eye ball sucking devices? Tune in and find out! I would like to give a big shout out to the Pseudopod podcast. They’re one of the major players in the horror narration game, and I was fortunate enough to do another read for them. You can find my episode as #909, and the story I narrated was called The Witch in the Whale Bone Hut. If you have a fear of oceans, oh boy is this the story for you. Pseudopod was also kind enough to shout out my Kickstarter, so please check out their show on all your podcatchers, give them a 5 star review, and support them over on Patreon! Show them some love, and tell them Botched sent you!  Dennis’ Kickstarter campaign for the 3rd book in his series Lycan: Solomon’s Odyssey is now live until April 1st! You can go check out all the fantastic rewards at www.lycanbook.com!  We now have a PO Box! Wanna send us something?
