Here's What's Still Being Withheld From the Public Domain (Opinion)

Here we provide pure opinions, comments, and speculation per the First Amendment concerning the highly sealed Idaho v. Kohberger criminal case which continues to remain that way today 8 months post-closure of the case in July 2025. We discuss the court's October 16, 2025 and December 18, 2025 regarding the unsealing of 89 sealed documents from Jan-March 2025. We also discuss a Feb. 9, 2026 public filing as indicated on the Case Summary Page which has yet to be released.
