Annemieke Bosman in gesprek met regisseuse Anouk Beugels en actrice Melissa Lodder van productiehuis NANOEK. Beiden komen praten over GROND, een rouwe musical, die onlangs in première ging. Productiehuis NANOEK, bekend van de bekroonde voorstellingen MELK en The Last Five Years, laat met GROND opnieuw zien dat musical ook scherp, gelaagd en ontregelend kan zijn. GROND gaat over de ontregelde wereld van rouw. De hoofdpersoon, de jonge Ally (Sara Afiba) wordt onverwacht geconfronteerd met het overlijden van haar moeder. Het lijkt het alsof ze door een gat in de grond valt. Niets is meer zoals het was en geen enkel handboek of stappenplan helpt haar grip te krijgen op deze nieuwe werkelijkheid.
