Een selectie van zijn setfoto’s is te zien in een tentoonstelling in Eye Filmmuseum, getiteld: 'Actie! Bob Bronshoff op de set'. Begin jaren tachtig vroeg het filmtijdschrift 'Skrien' of fotograaf Bob Bronshoff foto's wilde maken voor dit tijdschrift. Al heel snel had Bronshoff filmregisseurs Akira Kurosawa, Wim Wenders en Robby Müller voor zijn camera. Halverwege de jaren negentig kreeg Bronshoff zijn eigen fotorubriek in 'Skrien': ‘Werk in uitvoering’. Voor de eerste aflevering ging hij naar de set van de televisieserie 'De Partizanen' van Theu Boermans in Limburg. In 2009, werd de rubriek geadopteerd door de 'Filmkrant', onder een andere naam: ‘Actie!’. Inmiddels bezocht Bronshoff al meer dan 250 sets van Nederlandse speelfilms, studentenfilms en documentaires van wereldvermaarde regisseurs én aankomende talenten. Zo bezocht Bronshoff de sets van Borgman, Filmpje, Flodder, Ja zuster nee zuster, Karakter, Minoes en Suzy Q.
