Selin Akkulak speelt de hoofdrol in The Almighty Sometimes van de Australische schrijfster Kendall Feaver. Daria Bukvić is artistiek directeur en regisseur bij Theater Oostpool. Ze boekte successen met haar regie van de theaterstukken Girls & Boys en Midzomernachtdroom. Selin Akkulak was eerder te zien in de voorstelling voor Brilka.
