Annnemieke Bosman in gesprek met filmmaker Digne Sinke. Haar nieuwe film Hemelsleutel gaat deze week draaien in de Nederlandse bioscopen. Hemelsleutel is een diep persoonlijke film van DignaSinke, waarin de grenzen tussen fictie en documentaire vervagen. De film volgt Lea (stem van Jacqueline Blom), een jonge fotografe die de energietransitie in het havengebied van Amsterdam onderzoekt. Wat begint als een zakelijk project, wordt al snel een reflectie op haar eigen herinneringen en emoties. Digna Sinke is al decennia een markante stem binnen de Nederlandse film. Sinds de jaren zeventig bouwde ze aan een veelzijdig oeuvre, met titels als De stille oceaan (1984), Belle van Zuylen (1994) en Bewaren of hoe te leven (2018). Haar films kenmerken zich vaak door een bespiegelende toon en een scherp oog voor landschap en verandering. Hemelsleutel ging eerder dit jaar in wereldpremière op het International Film Festival Rotterdam.
