Annemieke Bosman praat met conservator James Hannan over de tentoonstelling met werk van kunstenaar Giselle Kuster, nu te zien in Museum van Bommel van Dam in Venlo. Dit voorjaar toont museum van Bommel van Dam het veelzijdige werk van de onterecht vergeten kunstenaar en cultureel ondernemer Giselle Kuster (Venlo, 1911 - Heerlen, 1972). Met de tentoonstelling Onbegrensd - Het leven & werk van Giselle Kuster wil het museum een aanjagersrol spelen in de herwaardering van een vooruitstrevende vrouwelijke kunstenaar. Naast werken uit de museumcollectie bestaat de presentatie uit 'vermiste' schilderijen en ontwerpen die door een oproep aan mensen thuis zijn opgespoord. In de tentoonstelling is bovendien werk te zien van bekende tijdgenoten en inspiratiebronnen als Charley Toorop, Jan Sluijters en Otto van Rees.
