Met de tweede solotentoonstelling Sending Thoughts and Prayers toont Museum W  wandkleden op groot formaat, knuffelobjecten, vaandels en installatiekunst. Ook zijn er kunstwerken uit de museumcollectie te zien. Op die manier worden interessante combinaties gemaakt tussen het actuele werk van Joyce Overheul en collectie van Museum W.  Joyce Overheul is een maatschappelijk geëngageerde kunstenaar. In haar oeuvre lopen humor, activisme en actualiteit subtiel door elkaar en maakt ze gebruik van feministische maatschappijkritiek. Overheul bedient zich veelal van een humoristisch commentaar op onderwerpen als vrouwenrechten, emancipatie en machtsrelaties. In haar werk maakt Overheul bewust gebruik van textiel en ambachtelijke handwerktechnieken. Deze kunstvormen werden lange tijd niet serieus genomen en weggezet als vrijetijdsbesteding voor vrouwen. De vrolijke kleuren, zachte materialen en een bewust kitscherige beeldtaal vormen een scherp contrast met haar politieke boodschap. Seksistische en vrouwonvriendelijke opmerkingen plaatst zij zonder aarzeling als tegeltjeswijsheden op haar kunstwerken.
