OPSTAND is een theatrale audio-voorstelling en collectieve oefening in verzet. Waar zit onze nee? Hoe activeren we ons innerlijk verzet? Voor OPSTAND heeft theatermaker Marte Boneschansker ruim 30 mensen geïnterviewd over hun persoonlijke boiling point, over hoe en wanneer zij in beweging zijn gekomen. Van klimaatactivisten, feministen en antiracisme-strijders tot boze boeren, soevereinen en pro-lifers. Maar ook mensen die kleiner verzet plegen zoals het schoonheidsideaal bevragen, in gesprek gaan met hun racistische oom of bepaalde bedrijven boycotten. Marte Boneschansker maakt één-op-één ervaringstheater vertrekkend vanuit documentair materiaal. Gewapend met een microfoon ontwikkelt zij intieme, fysieke audiowerken die het midden houden tussen theater en installatie. Eerder maakte zij onder anderen BLOOS, ROUW en SCHADUW.
