Maar nu kan iedereen kennis maken met het onbekende werelddeel. Speciaal voor dit boek kreeg Noah J. Stern, collega-ontdekkingsreiziger en bioloog, toegang tot het archief van Deleo. Hij maakte een representatieve selectie van prenten en aantekeningen, zodat iedereen zich een beeld van dit fascinerende, nieuwe werelddeel kan vormen.
