Overweldigd door rouw en gefrustreerd dat zelfs haar beste vriendin niet begrijpt hoe ze zich voelt, besluit Eli – ook tot haar eigen verbazing – met Winnie mee te gaan op een seniorenreis. In de hoop dat ze met haar oma wél haar verdriet kan delen, neemt ze die reisgenoten maar voor lief. Maar hoe rouw je als je 22 bent? Hoe ga je om met het Indisch zwijgen van je oma?
