In De natuur van Sjoerd Buisman, staat het werk van beeldend kunstenaar Sjoerd Buisman centraal. Buisman, een pionier in het experimenteren met natuurlijke materialen, nodigt de toeschouwer uit om op een vernieuwende manier naar de natuur te kijken. De tentoonstelling omvat zorgvuldig geselecteerde werken, variërend van zijn meest recente werken tot stukken uit zijn vroege oeuvre, waardoor bezoekers niet alleen inzicht krijgen in zijn artistieke ontwikkeling, maar ook worden geconfronteerd met de urgentie van zijn thematiek: de kwetsbaarheid van de natuur en de noodzaak om in harmonie met haar te leven. De tentoonstelling is te zien in het Verwey Museum in Haarlem. Annemieke Bosman gaat met Sjoerd in gesprek.
