Deel 4: Rahel Mengelberg De Nederlandse harpiste Rahel Mengelberg, kreeg in 1934 een uitnodiging om te spelen in het Kiev’s Symphonieorkest. In een tijd vol werkeloosheid kwam het verzoek als geroepen en ze reisde spoorslags af naar de hoofdstad van de Oekraïne. Het was de Stalintijd.
