Hey, Read Your Bible!

There are always going to be times where we feel like we are running on broken record mode. Times where we feel like we are doing the same things over and over, and instead of us recognizing, in the moment, that what we are doing is saving our lives, it becomes ritual.  We feel like we’re taking medicine or running on a treadmill going fast and seeing little progression. In these times it’s always easier said than done to open your Bibles or pray, but this is the best time to do it! When you’re feeling like you don’t want to! Don’t let your joy be stolen away!  Open up to something you haven’t read or turn to something familiar that always gets you throug,  but maybe read it in a different version of the Bible be it  the NIV, CSB, or NLT. Read something you have never read before and complete it!
