Steve is a six- time Australian 400m champion, two- time Olympian, and co-captain of the Australian Track and Field Team.   He works as an executive at Uber and he is passionate about performing at his highest, solving difficult problems, and helping people grow. Steve’s high-performance keys are:- Curiosity in how things work - so he can focus his energy on the key areas that will help him improve; - Focusing on where his passions are and immersing himself; and  - Developing longevity so that you can stand the test of time.  Steve it is a great example of a brilliant young man with a successful academic, sporting and professional career.  As he put it so well, "you don't need to be exceptional to achieve high performance, you just need to be better”.  I hope you and your family enjoy my chat with Steve.
