High- Vibe Entrepreneurship with Kristina Bartold

In this soulful and satisfying episode, I talk with the amazing Kristina Bartold, both a friend and fellow female entrepreneur. Kristina co-founded The Social Snippet, a highly successful social media marketing agency, and High-Vibe Woman, a community for Canadian entrepreneurs. She is also a personal development coach and all-around inspiring human.Kristina and I talk about how her path to entrepreneurship unfolded, and we get a little woo about divine timing. She shares the strategy she used at The Social Snippet that earned her 70 active clients in two and a half years. One major stress point for many founders is their people strategy; for Kristina, it’s no different. We discuss the difference between reactive and proactive hiring and why hiring someone you adore without considering their skill set can waste valuable resources. Plus, I share how I went from overwhelmed to inspired when facing new and scary territory as a business owner.Ready to listen to an inspiring conversation?
