Along our spiritual journey, there comes a time when we look at upgrading our ego to more align with our higher vibration. This in itself can be a challenge as the ego's goal is to keep us in a tight restrictive box of the known, predictable outcomes. In this episode, we speak about how to work with our egos and help them along the journey with us.
