Higher and Faster on Valentines

Baylor's KC Lightfoot is putting together a historic season. Yesterday he broke the indoor collegiate pole vault record for the third time, becoming just the second collegian to clear 6.00, indoors or out (Mondo Duplantis is the other). This was my first injury since I started Endurance Training in 1979. Then in late April of 2020, I ended up in the hospital for the first time in my life.  The diagnosis was Congestive Heart Failure.  This Vlog documents my Sixth Decade of Endurance Training.
