Known around the world as the CEO Whisperer, Cameron Herold is the founder of COO Alliance. Cameron is a coach, an international speaker and a business book writer who has helped hundreds of companies find exponential growth. With COO Alliance, Cameron is able to educate and empower business owners to take the actionable steps that are necessary to achieve hyper-growth. He has written four books and will release his fifth this January. Cameron’s two most successful books ‘Double Double’ and ‘Meetings Suck’ cut through the nonsense of complicated business-speak, making the steps to uber-success super relatable and simple. He is well known for his Ted X Talk on ‘Raising Kids As Entrepreneurs’. Cameron got his first formal training and gained insight into how to grow and scale a business as well as how to coach business owners with a company called College Pro Painters. At 25 years old, he was one of the top sixty people in the company globally. Cameron then became a partner in a chain of collision repair shops and scaled that business until it went public -- it is now the largest collision auto repair chain in the world. He did the same as the president of a private currency company (similar to the Bitcoin of today). Cameron moved on to become the COO of The Rubbish Boys, which he rapidly expanded to the very well-known 1-800-GOT-JUNK, the world’s largest junk removal service. Since then (10 years ago) he has been coaching real businesses all over the world to major success, and is ever-developing his company, the COO Alliance.
