Participar nuevamente en este evento me hace sentir bien más allá de que este concurso ha estado en mi desde mis comienzos en la Blockchain hace 8 años es un lugar del que considero mi hogar pues fue al Openmic que conocí este maravilloso mundo que hoy forma parte de mí. Está canción la grabé hace un par de años pero hoy quise volver a grabarla porque sin duda como artistas vamos creciendo y conociendo aún más nuestro instrumento interior y escuchando mi vieja grabación hay un gran cambio no solo en mi ejecución si no, en sonido y edición. Me sentí muchísimo más seguro en este nuevo trabajo, más confiado y sin duda, más conectado a la composición. Kurt es un artista que se distingue por una propuesta orgánica apoyada frecuentemente solo en su voz y su guitarra. Aunque su base es el pop romántico no teme experimentar y es eso lo que sin duda llama mi atención. I recorded this song a couple of years ago, but today I wanted to re-record it because, as artists, we’re undoubtedly growing and getting to know our inner instrument even better. Listening to my old recording, there’s a huge difference—not just in my playing, but also in the sound and editing. I felt much more secure in this new work, more confident, and undoubtedly more connected to the composition. Kurt is an artist who stands out for his organic style, often relying solely on his voice and guitar. Although his foundation is romantic pop, he isn’t afraid to experiment, and that’s what really catches my attention. Está canción fue escrita por Kurt junto a Leonel García. Sí, uno de los cantantes del dúo Sin Bandera. Cuando me enteré de su colaboración pude entender esa sensibilidad melódica y lírica tan cuidada. es una de las canciones más introspectivas y profundas de Kurt y es de esas canciones que se aleja un poco del romanticismo tradicional del artista para entrar en un terreno más existencial y reflexivo. De verdad que la composición es sencilla pero muy poderosa así que bueno, espero que disfruten esta suave melodía. This song was written by Kurt together with Leonel García.
