In het land is al voor de derde dag de noodtoestand van kracht, na de ontsnapping uit de gevangenis van een van de grootste narcobandieten. Daarna vielen criminelen tijdens een live uitzending een televisiestudio binnen en hielden anderhalf uur lang de journalisten onder schot.
