A beszélgetésben kitértünk arra, hogy valódi tanulási motivációt lát-e a karrier tanácsadó a jelöltek CV-jéből kikandikálni vagy csak a motivációs levél sablonok, önéletrajzsablonok kihagyhatatlan lózungja a "szeretném kamatoztatni a tudásom" fordulat? Aztán ráértünk, hogy a munkaadói oldalon mit rontanak el a leggyakrabban a munkavállalók képzésével kapcsolatosan, végül pedig a képzési-fejlesztési terület helyével és szerepével kapcsolatos problémákat és lehetőségeket vettük górcső alá.
