However, the change in season disrupts our circadian rhythm, which is the body's internal 24-hiur cycle that regulates physical, mental, and behavioral changes that primarily influence our sleep-wake patterns. She also pointed out that It is best to manage grief, anxiety, mood changes, depression, etc. by seeking mental health assistance.
