Wellscene 2019 was the first stage I was ever invited to be on to speak about emotional and energetic healing through Breathwork. Even though I had never been on a stage before, I wasn’t even that nervous because my mission and purpose were  so aligned + I used  what I was teaching to help calm my nervous system🙌🏻 I am so grateful to this week’s guest Gabrielle D’Auria and Wellscene for taking a chance on me. That experience gave me the confidence to keep moving forward!
