Esta semana han fallecido Peter Bogdanovich y Sidney Poitier, pero también podemos celebrar un nuevo cumpleaños de Hayao Miyazaki, el alma mater de la animación japonesa con Studio Ghibli, al que debemos películas como "El viaje de Chihiro".Películas como "The last picture show (La última sesión", "Luna de papel", "¿Qué me pasa, doctor?" o "Nickelodeon (Así empezó Hollywood)" ofrecen testimonio de la sabiduría cinéfila y del buen hacer de Peter Bogdanovich como director, aunque sus inicios en el cine fueron como crítico, analista y teórico.
