Esta semana se han cumplido 25 años del estreno de la que en su momento fue la película más cara rodada en Europa: "El quinto elemento". Dirigida por Luc Besson y deudora tanto del "Metrópolis" de Fritz Lang como del cómic "Valerian, agente espacio temporal" de Mezieres, cómic que el propio Besson llevaría recientemente a la pantalla.Hoy repasamos la carrera de Luc Besson pero también la del protagonista de la película, Bruce Willis, atendiendo especialmente a esas ocasiones en las que salvó el edificio, la ciudad, el mundo o el universo. Además, y dado que su trabajo en "El quinto elemento" resultó esencial, repasamos otras colaboraciones cinematográficas del dibujante de cómics Jean Giraud "Moebius" y del diseñador de moda Jean Paul Gaultier.Para ambientar el programa de hoy sonarán de fondo distintas piezas de la banda sonora de "El quinto elemento" obra del compositor Eric Serra, habitual de los films de Besson.
