El 6 de junio de hace 80 años fue uno de esos días que cambian el rumbo de la Historia. El día más largo (título de una de las películas que narran esa jornada) vio cómo con el Desembarco de Normandía las fuerzas aliadas comenzaban a desmontar la tiranía del régimen nazi en Europa. Y ninguna otra reconstrucción fílmica más impactante que los primeros 27 minutos de "Salvar al soldado Ryan" para trasladar al espectador a ese vibrante momento.En narrativa se habla de "Punto Jonbar" para determinar esa decisión, esa alternativa, ese hecho a partir del cual se modifica la Historia, como resulta habitual ver en series y películas sobre ucronías (frustrar el asesinato de Kennedy, asesinar a Hitler...). Hoy explicaremos qué son estos puntos de inflexión, explicaremos muy brevemente qué sucedió el Día D y además de intentar convenceros para que veáis la mencionada película de Spielberg trataremos las tres series que posteriormente ampliaron la narración de los últimos compases de la IIª Guerra Mundial: "Hermanos de sangre", "The Pacific" y "Los amos del aire".Antes de llegar a nuestra sección de noticias de cine y series tendremos ocasión es escuchar parte de las bandas sonoras de todas las películas y series ya citadas.
