Un sábado más Murcia vive su día grande, el Entierro de la Sardina, y aunque taxonómicamente no sea un pez sino un cetáceo, qué “sardina” (con comillas) hay más grande que una ballena. Así que hoy nuestro homenaje a los sardineros lo hacemos con el repaso a las ocasiones en las que el cine ha adaptado la novela "Moby Dick" de Herman Melville (con el fil dirigido por John huston y estrenado en 1956), se ha inspirado en esa obsesiva persecución del cetáceo o directamente nos ha narrado la historia real que inspiró a Melville ("En el corazón del mar", dirigida por Ron Howard y estrenada en 2015).Estamos en el año del 50º aniversario de la película "Tiburón" (Steven Spielberg, 1975), título cuyo estreno revolucionó para siempre el cine y el formato "blockbuster", pero cuya enorme influencia también provocó que dos años más tarde se estrenase "Orca, la ballena asesina" (Michael Anderson, 1977)También tendremos nuestra habitual sección de noticias de cine y series y sonarán otras voces, como la de Rafael Navarro Corchón, que por contraposición a animales tan grandes como ballenas, orcas o tiburones blancos, afronta una película en la que tenía un protagonismo determinante un animal bien pequeño: "La mosca" (David Cronenberg, 1986). El fondo musical lo pone el músico británico Moby con su disco "Play". Y es que además de homenajear la novela de Melville con su nombre artístico resulta que es tío sobrino del propio escritor.
