At the same time she started experiencing a series of health crises that prompted her to begin combining different healing modalities and weaving them into her daily practices. As Heather's spiritual practice and connection with her guides evolved, so did her understanding of others from a mind, body, spirit and soul purpose perspective. As an adult, she began integrating a number of spiritual techniques, from nutrition to human design, energy healing and deep wisdom from her guides to help clients make major transformations in their lives. Clients also began approaching her to connect with their departed loved ones, but also to clear their homes and business spaces of spirits and negative energy, and her practice grew exponentially. Heather's natural ability to connect and cross over trapped spirits and clear the home's energy, have since then helped so many to bring positivity back their lives. She now mentors others to connect with their guides, angels and spirit, unlocking their true potential and gifts.
