Homecoming

Greetings everyone, and may grace, mercy, and peace be multiplied to you. We will be taking a short break from our spiritual warfare series, and will be in Hebrews 13 today. Homecoming is an interesting time. Even though we are celebrating 125 years of highland being established as a church, this is not our home. God may have called many to serve here at highland, but our focus should be on the kingdom of God in heaven. Don't get hung up on a particular church for the sake of its name or the people, but be obedient to where God calls you for the sake of the kingdom.  “Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Matthew 28 19-20 Don’t forget to pray for one another, especially during these uncertain times.
