Growing up on a large farm in the Midwest has given me inspiration to help others learn how to eat wisely and how to spend money sensibly on food. With a full-time job and kids, I feel I’m relatable when it comes to all the above on what most of us are looking for in life. WE ARE MAKING: Homemade Kombucha 🍯🍶Video Links: https://www.tiktok.com/@dneil_mo/video/7561419530233318686?is_from_webapp=1&sender_device=pc&web_id=7567396249788319246Ingrediants:4-8 tea bags, any flavor/ black or green  1 gallon glass jar, 1/2 gallon glass jar, 2 quarts1 scoby or 2 if you are making 2 quarts1/2 c or 1 c (sweetness level) Honey or 1 cup of sugarInstructions:Heat up the the tea and honey (8 bags for 1 gallon, 4 for 1/2 gal)Remove bags after 5-10 min and allow to cool, under 80* Add (gently) scoby on top - remember it is a live cultureCover your jar with a cloth and rubber band - It needs to breathePlace in your pantry or somewhere coolAllow it to ferment for 1-2 weeks (depending on you liking) When time is up, remove scoby onto a plate, keep it moist to keep it alive   Strain drink into bottles and place in your refridgerator- keeps for 2-4 weeksEnjoy - I add carbonation to mine for fun - sodastream (link in linktree)If you need to make a scoby1-2 c tea and 5 tbl honey in a glass jar - cover with cloth - sit in pantry for 2 weeksSet scoby aside (slime on top) -Keep original tea - Add BOTH to the above recipe and continue repeating weekly or bi weekly for your health benefits!Support the showWays to connect with me: Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/mealprep_artist/YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCYuS_uao1H9x5Vqh2jlpDWQPinterest: https://www.pinterest.com/Dneilmo/TikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/tiktokstudio/contentSeason 1-2 Music Credit: Midnight Fever, Creator: AI Music, Platform: InShotSeason 2, E 22 and forward.
