Send me a one-way text about this episode! I'll give you a shout out or answer your question on a future episode. In this episode I am chatting with Kerita Fuller about her experience keeping a home for the past 10 years with her husband and step children. Kerita worked for the US Air Force for 20 years before retiring and fully embracing her role as full time homemaker and helpmeet to her husband. We talk about her sudden and steep learning curve of become a mom, not to babies, but to teens. She had a very short runway to prepare them to leave the nest as capable young adults and that was a big responsibility. Kerita shares openly how infertility can tempt her to compare to women who have what she doesn’t but that God has taught her that what motherhood looks like is not what she thinks it should look like, but what He says it looks like. I love her perspective on hospitality and how homemaking builds community and she has some fun stories, tips and ideas to share.EPISODE RESOURCESShow Notes Blog Post with all links, resources and RECIPES https://www.theartofhomepodcast.com/post/homemaker-portrait-kerita-fuller-season-18-ep-4At Home with Sally Podcast, Metaphors That Will Inspire For Life (with Joy Clarkson), Feb. 12, 2024Simple Farmhouse Life Podcast, Are You Overwhelmed and Angry in Motherhood? | Natalie Hixson, Angry Mama Coach, Ep. 224, Feb.13, 2024Follow Kerita's Knitting Adventures in IG | @mrskeritafullerHOMEMAKING RESOURCESFree Weekly Newsletter, Homemaker Happy MailNewsletter ArchiveAudio Newsletter available to Titus 2 Woman monthly supportersSUPPORT & CONNECT Review | Love The Podcast Contact  | Voicemail |Instagram | Facebook  |  Website | Email  Follow | Follow The PodcastSupport | theartofhomepodcast.com/supportSupport the showHOMEMAKING RESOURCESHomemaker's Journal, AoH Seasonal MagazinePrivate Facebook Group, Homemaker ForumJR Miller's Homemaking Study GuideSUPPORT & CONNECT Review | Love The Podcast Contact | Text/Voicemail-use the link at top of description | Website | Email  Follow | Follow The PodcastSupport | theartofhomepodcast.com/support**Buy | as an Amazon affiliate, AoH receives a small commission at no extra cost to you when you use our links to purchase items we recommend
