Tot comença amb una bota trobada: ens cedeixen, en usdefruit, una bota de vi bullit (l'emblema del Bages) del 1984. L'encàrrec del propietari, el pare del pagès Jordi Crusellas, és aquest: "Recupereu-la". Com que ens hi posem, parlem d'aquesta joia del Bages que es feia a cada casa per la verema, amb most desfangat que es feia bullir, amb els que en saben: el sommelier Josep Belmonte; l'enòleg del celler Abadal, Miquel Palau (per telèfon, que està veremant), amb el seu company de viatge en aquest cas, el sommelier David Seijas, i el gerent del celler Mond Obert, Pep Tarín.
