To remain grounded (and see things from a higher perspective) as we move through our personal/professional development and healing journey, we must also periodically observe/feel/acknowledge [have Empathy for] circumstances within and around what we are cultivating. This is, simply put, taking care of yourself and the world around you -- naturally, authentically, genuinely.  Despite various freedoms we are granted, our society and its systems continue to attack marginalized groups + fail those who are most vulnerable/susceptible to injustice. The recent death of 29-year-old Tyre Nichols due to police brutality in the US -- among many other local/global tragedies + lives/land lost unnecessarily on a regular basis -- confirms universally as a people that we are still in dire need of actionable accountability and integrity, which we cannot ignore.  This is certainly not the first, and unfortunately will not be the last time we experience/witness injustice.
