Shannon holds a Master’s Degree in Rehabilitation Science from the University of British Columbia and is the founder and CEO of Success In Seven, an online coaching program designed to help women achieve their health and wellness goals.With a strong background in motivational interviewing and a passion for evidence-based exercise and nutrition, Shannon has taught workshops and developed impactful programs across South Georgian Bay.
