Richard has been holding the Spring Break and Winter Survival events for 30 years. He started COPP while living under the Broadway bridge. the Spring Break event on April 19th and COPP Spring Break 2014 will be held at the Scottish Rite Temple on April 19th from 12:00 to 4:00.
