Hours Worked

In this episode i speak about Hours Worked and about the course and effect in a consultancy agency and how its been effected with covid-19, thoughts have been estimated within the industry are that there will be a 14% growth.  I discuss the standards of hours being worked currently and the hours that are being worked in the industry such as estimated hours that some major company's are saying should be worked. The industry is bouncing back with more work however some are not focusing on spacing out these hours as there is more opportunity's popping up.  Are you being forced to work more hours? or can it be contained within your time constraints.
