House of Sky and Breath: Chapters 14 - 19 (Part 2)

from Book Talk for BookTok · host Cloud10

This season, Jac and Amy conduct a literary analysis of Sarah J. Maas' book Crescent City: House of Sky and Breath! This is Part 2 of Episode 4, where they review Chapters 14 through 19. A disgruntled Hunt begins his day learning that he is Baxian’s new tour guide to the city of Lunathion. Meanwhile, back at Bryce’s apartment, Tharion and Ithan watch the game while they wait for Bryce and company to return as planned. Ruhn escorts Bryce home from the archive, where they are unpleasantly surprised to find Aidas, Prince of the Chasm, in his cat form on Ithan’s lap. Aidas challenges Bryce to learn more about her powers, and drops the bomb of Agent Silverbow’s identity on the group before departing. When Prince Cormac threatens the gang when they show no interest of helping the greater good, Bryce and Hunt blow him off, though Ruhn thinks twice after speaking to Flynn and Declan. While Bryce and Hunt agree to renege on their Winter Solstice agreement, Ruhn agrees to help Cormac contact Agent Daybright.  Sponsor: BetterHelp.com/BOOKTOK - to get 10% off your first month of therapy Learn more about your ad choices.
