In this solo episode, Yvonne talks a good bit about affirmations, explaining why they are so good for you, how to use them effectively and why using the wrong affirmations for you is counterproductive. She shares a technique to help you to build up your ability to get the most out of your affirmation efforts. Yvonne also answers more of the questions posed by the members of her Manifestie Bestie Club and community. Including, how to keep things in perspective when what you are manifesting does not happen as fast or in the way you imagined it would, and the impact belief and desire have on manifestation.
