She is dedicated to integrating clinical and scientific excellence with a Catholic-Christian understanding of the human person in her work.Dr. Abraham specializes in integrating religious and spiritual identity factors into therapy. In addition to her experience in therapy, assessment, and teaching, she has contributed to research on integrating spirituality and mental health. She has worked with diverse populations in hospitals, private practices, the court system, college counseling centers, military settings, religious assessment contexts, and community mental health. She currently works in private practice and graduate education.Dr. Abraham earned her master’s and doctoral degrees in Clinical Psychology from the Institute for the Psychological Sciences at Divine Mercy University. She also holds a B.S. in Psychology (Neuroscience concentration) from Penn State University. Her clinical interests include trauma, the integration of faith and psychology, women’s issues, couples counseling, intersectionality, and borderline personality disorder.
