This restorative rest enhances the health of our cells, muscles, organs, and overall bodily systems.Just as a mobile phone needs to be recharged after extensive use, our bodies also need sufficient sleep to recharge. In today's fast-paced world, achieving a state of deep, dreamless sleep can be challenging, leading to feelings of fatigue and a tendency to take naps during the day. This can result in a Tamasic state of being. To overcome this, we must rise above Tamas, move into a Rajasic state, and ultimately reach a Satvic state.
