I've just had a week off in the Lake District, and for the first time ever, two things happened while I was away: The business ran without me A program sold out without me I've been the "no phone on holiday" guy for years, but this is the episode where I explain why it matters, what it forces you to fix in your business, and how to do it (with or without a team).
